Information for Educational Institutions - Learner Placements
Overview of Agreement Schedule
Health Sciences Placement Network – Saskatchewan (HSPNet-SK) is a tool utilized by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and some post-secondary institutions. It is a comprehensive, web-enabled practice education management system for the health sciences programs. It assists with the administration of discipline-specific and interprofessional student placements.
Requests for placements with the SHA should originate from the post-secondary institution and can be made through HSPnet or by filling out the following Student Placement Inquiry form.
Please note: a Clinical Placement Agreement is required to proceed with placements. Completion of this form will assist our team in determining the next steps required.
