Provincial Health Network Data Summaries

Provincial Health Networks allow the Saskatchewan Health Authority to improve the organization of services and resources to deliver more reliable and consistent team‐based care as close to home as possible. Health services within networks will adapt to the needs of individuals and communities and use People-Centred Measurement to guide decision-making and improve the quality of care.  

Work was done to collect patient experience data in five health networks: Northwest 5 (Spiritwood Area), Northwest 6 (North Battleford Area), Saskatoon West, Saskatoon South and Southeast 8 (Weyburn Area). These summaries highlight the most common themes heard from patients in each network.
