Well Wishes

Well Wishes provides family and friends convenient access to patients or residents at facilities within the Saskatchewan Health Authority who participate in the program to deliver messages via this website.

Submitted messages are processed before 7 a.m. each weekday. They are printed, folded and taped (for confidentiality), then hand delivered to the recipient’s room. Please note that this process is in place to support Well Wishes only.

To send Well Wishes to a loved one or a friend in one of the participating facilities, complete the form below.

Please note:

  • Submissions received after 7 a.m., on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be delivered on the next business day. 
  • Messages received after the recipient has been discharged will not be delivered.
  • Well Wishes only receives messages. We cannot reply to questions nor confirm if a patient is registered.
  • Any solicitation or business related messages will not be processed or delivered.

SHA protects the privacy of individuals receiving health services in accordance with The Health Information Protection Act (HIPA). Personal information or personal health information collected will only be used for the purpose of tracking, follow up, communications and trending regarding your health experience concern. Information is collected pursuant to section 24 of The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LAFOIP) and under the authority of section 23(1) of The Health Information Protection Act (HIPA) for the purpose of administering SHA’s patient complaint and feedback program.
