Our Commitment to Each Other: Patient/Resident Rights and Responsibilities
Patients, residents, families, staff, physicians, and First Nations and Metis partners have collaborated on the design of the provincial patient rights and responsibilities document. The document outlines what we can expect from each other during the care, no matter where the care is received in the province. It highlights the many ways we already commit to safe and patient family centred care.

We invite you to share your feedback by completing the Our Commitment to Each Other: Patient Rights and Responsibilities Survey. The information collected will allow us to understand the care people receive across the province and learn about what is going well and what can be improved. Your answers will help us create a health system that meets the needs of our population.
