About This Facility
New Horizons is a Primary Health Care Clinic location in Central Butte. It is attached to the Regency Manor Long Term Care Center. New Horizons is a team-based model of care which provides health-care services to Central Butte and the surrounding area. The multi-disciplinary team consists of nurse practitioners, physicians, outpatient nursing, a pharmacist, occupational and physical therapy, Public Health and lab and x-ray services.
New Horizons offers a full spectrum of primary health care for all ages, including but limited to disease and illness prevention, chronic disease management, health screening, treatment of episodic illness or injuries and stitches.
Free parking is available in the lot in front of the clinic. Access to this parking lot is from 7th Avenue.
