Medical Assistance in Dying

The provincial Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) Program is a federally legislated, provincially delivered, patient-focused end-of-life care option.

Members of the Program team are located in Regina, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert. The team members are:

• Nurse Practitioners
• Registered Nurses
• Registered Social Workers

Across the Province, we have affiliated Physicians and Nurse Practitioners who can assess and provide medical assistance in dying.

The Provincial MAID program suggests using caution when attending presentations not given by the program or its affiliates.
