About This Facility
Mainprize Manor and Health Centre is owned and operated by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and located in the small town of Midale, Saskatchewan. This facility offers 15 long-term care beds and one temporary care bed for respite, convalescent and palliative care. Home care services offers both nursing and home services and surrounding communities. The primary care clinic offers weekly visiting physician services on site as well as Laboratory services one day per week. Public Health Services offers child clinics monthly. Other visiting professionals (Dietitian, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy) available by appointment.
