COVID-19 immunization eligibility
- A COVID-19 vaccine is available to anyone who meets current vaccine eligibility.
Where to receive COVID-19 immunizations
Online booking
Reserve a time and date for your COVID-19 immunization. Available for single or group appointments (up to 6).
Walk-in clinics
Find the nearest SHA walk-in immunization clinic. No appointment needed.
Telephone booking
Call 1-833-727-5829, Monday - Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. to book a single or family group appointment.
General clinic information
- If possible, bring your health card and government-issued photo identification (for ages 18+).
- If you do not have photo ID you may provide two pieces of alternate identification such as a provincial health card, birth certificate, social insurance card, naturalization certificate, marriage certificate, etc.
- Children are only required to provide a provincial health card, but parents/caregivers may be required to show photo ID.
- Wear a short-sleeved shirt.
- Plan for the weather. While it is unlikely that you may have to wait outside, it is possible, so be prepared to protect yourself from the elements.
- Please remember to clean your hands upon entrance.
- Expect to stay 15 minutes after your vaccine.
- Consent forms, where required, are available at clinic locations.
