About This Facility
Hafford is located along Highway 40, approximately 145 kilometres from Prince Albert, and 70 kilometres from North Battleford. Hafford Special Care Centre and Primary Care Site is a 22-bed special care centre with an attached Primary Care site and visiting professional services. Primary Health Care services, include nurse practitioner and visiting physicians, lab collection and home care. Visiting community service professionals include: occupational therapy, public health nurse, and physiotherapy.
