Acute Stroke Pathway
The Acute Stroke Pathway ensures that stroke patients get the best care possible in the first hours after a stroke occurs. If people with stroke symptoms get the right care very quickly, they can often expect a good recovery.
The Acute Stroke Pathway starts with you! If you notice signs of a stroke in yourself or someone around you, this is what you need to know:
Don’t waste time
The sooner you get treatment after onset of a stroke, the more brain cells can be rescued.
