Looking to the future: Regina General Hospital parkade
Construction of the new Regina General Hospital (RGH) parkade has started.
The three-story structure will add over 650 new parking stalls at the hospital and is expected to be completed by late 2024. The parkade puts safety and security first. It will include 24-hour lighting, electrified parking for all stalls, clear signs for parking, and improved access for all.
This will be the first SHA parkade to offer electric vehicle (EV) plug-in parking stalls. The design allows for more EV stalls to be added in the future for the public and staff.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority understands parking at the hospital may be challenging during construction. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our partners to improve the parking options for patients, visitors and staff at Regina General Hospital.
