Primary Health Care services to resume in Montmartre and Odessa
Please be advised that primary health care clinic services at the Montmartre Health Centre and Odessa clinics will resume beginning Tuesday, July 13, 2021.
The resumption of primary health care clinic services in Montmartre and Odessa means patients will once again have in-person access to physician or nurse practitioner appointments closer to home. Implementation of service resumption will reverse some of the service changes and reductions initiated at earlier phases of the province’s COVID-19 outbreak to minimize and contain the spread of the virus. The pace of service resumption will vary across the province based on factors such as vaccine rates, outbreaks, safety, and capacity.
Beginning on Wednesday, July 14, clients will have access to nurse practitioner appointments in Montmartre. Nurse practitioner services will be available in Odessa on the last Wednesday of each month. Both clinics are closed between 12 and 1 p.m.
Physician services will be available in Montmarte on Thursday afternoons beginning July 15 and will expand to include Tuesday afternoons effective August 3. To book an appointment with a physician or nurse practitioner at the Montmartre Health Centre primary health care clinic, call 306-424-2418. Appointments may be booked with a nurse practitioner at the Odessa clinic by calling 306-695-4050.

Although the province’s Re-Opening Roadmap moved to step 3 on July 11, it remains vital to protect our most vulnerable by being fully immunized to minimize the number and impact of future COVID-19 outbreaks. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) encourages all residents to be immunized, protecting yourself, your loved ones and your community from serious illness and death.
Make your summer a safe one and take advantage of one of the many options available for immunization: booked appointments, drive-thru and walk-in clinics, pop-up clinics, and participating pharmacies. It is also important to stay home and seek testing as soon as possible if you develop any symptoms of COVID-19. Testing is an important way to detect the COVID-19 virus and its variants early and stop the spread. Call HealthLine 811 or your physician for a referral for testing or visit your local drive-thru testing site.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is making every effort to safely accelerate service resumption to ensure the residents of Saskatchewan can access timely, highly quality care, while at the same time, maintaining capacity for ongoing COVID demands.
