What is Saskatchewan Virtual Visit?
Saskatchewan Virtual Visit is a video-conferencing platform that connects patients and their families to health-care providers.
You can use Saskatchewan Virtual Visit on:
- A Computer or Laptop
- A Smartphone or Tablet
The device you choose to use must have:
- An internet connection or cellular data
- A Web-Camera
- A Microphone
- Speakers
Getting Started with Saskatchewan Virtual Visit
For a Computer or Laptop
1. Make sure you have a Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari web browser installed
- Go to the Saskatchewan Virtual Visit website (virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca)
- Tip: SK Virtual Visit does not work in Internet Explorer
2. Create a Patient Account
For a Smartphone or Tablet
1. Download the SK Virtual Visit app for free
2. Create a Patient Account
Joining your Virtual Visit
Your health-care provider will send you an email asking you to join their clinic with:
- A Saskatchewan Virtual Visit Link
Didn't get an email? Call your health-care providers office and let them know.

Test your internet or cellular data a couple hours before your virtual visit.
