Please be advised of the temporary disruption to emergency services at the Watrous Hospital from September 9-11, 2021.
Due to staffing issues, emergency and inpatient services will be unavailable at the facility during the following hours:
- Thursday, September 9, 7:00 p.m. – Friday, September 10, 7:00 a.m.
- Friday, September 10, 7:00 p.m. – Saturday, September 11, 7:00 a.m.
EMS services are NOT affected by this disruption.
Emergency and inpatient services are available at the following location:

In the event of an emergency call 9-1-1 and an ambulance will be dispatched to provide assistance. Non-urgent health related questions can be directed to the provincial HealthLine 811, by dialing 8-1-1.
