What to Expect at a COVID-19 Mass Immunization Clinic
With Phase 2 of the COVID-19 Immunization Campaign under way, the Saskatchewan Health Authority is expanding eligibility for immunization to residents based on age, starting with the oldest and working towards the youngest.
Depending on where you live you will have multiple options for immunization:
Mass Immunization Clinics, Drive-Thru Clinics and Mobile Clinics.
Mass Immunization Clinics are by appointment only. Similar to the large clinics that operate for influenza, this operation is designed to serve a large number of people quickly, efficiently and safely. These are clinics like the one at Merlis Belsher Place and Prairieland Park in Saskatoon and the International Trade Centre in Regina.
With a reserved appointment you only need to show up five minutes ahead of your immunization, with minimal waiting.
