Tote ordering for NON-SHA locations
- Fill out PROV 208 Tote order form and email to lqr@saskhealthauthority.ca
- Once tote order form has been received, request will be processed and requested totes will be sent to location indicated on form
- Requesting facility will receive an invoice from SHA Finance for payment
