Saskatchewan Health Authority Accessibility Plan Survey
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is committed to improving the accessibility of health services and to creating an accessible work environment.
In support of the Accessible Saskatchewan Act (ASA), Saskatchewan Health Authority is developing an accessibility plan to identify, remove and prevent accessibility barriers for individuals and their families seeking health services and for health-care teams. The survey developed to assist in the development of the Saskatchewan Health Authority's Accessibility Plan is now closed (as of January 7, 2025).
