Time validation and scheduling for out-of-scope staff training
The time validation and scheduling for out-of-scope staff training courses are now available online through MyLearning on MyConnection. This training can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and includes access to videos and simulations.

To access the course directly, visit the AIMS info page and access MyLearning:
- Click on “click here to search all modules.”
- Search “time validation and scheduling” and three courses will appear:
- AIMS - Time validation and scheduling for out-of-scope staff part one,
- AIMS - Time validation and scheduling for out-of-scope staff part two, and
- AIMS - Time validation and scheduling for out-of-scope staff part three (approvers should take this modules).
- Click on “enroll for free" for each course.
- Ensure to take the courses in order.
This training is mandatory for out-of-scope employees and should be completed by April 4, 2025.
After taking the online training, if you would like additional training and hands on practice, you can register for instructor-led training which will provide dates, times and locations available. Both in-person and virtual options are available, each consisting of a four-hour session led by an experienced instructor who will guide you through activities in the training environment, allowing you to gain hands on experience.
