The Saskatchewan Health Authority was established December 2017. Corporate and Clinical Policy collected all of the former Regional Health Authority (RHA) policies and procedures. The project collected 30,934 policies and procedures in total from 12 fRHAs. By April 2024, the Policy Office has worked with portfolios including Clinical Standards to turn the documents from fRHAs to SHA documents.
The Policy Office currently manages 4,384 fRHA corporate and clinical policy documents that are available to staff on Document Finder.
In 2024/2025, the Policy Office will continue to work with portfolios to remove all fRHA documents from Document Finder to meet Accreditation requirements.
