Approval Committees

Different clinical documents have different approval committees/processes as outlined below.  Plan accordingly if you have multiple clinical documents requiring approval so that they are all approved in a timely fashion to coincide with your implementation date.

Clinical Standards catalogues approved documents for the following reasons:

  • Version control
  • Maintains current editable copy for future revisions
  • Maintains all published versions in the CS Archive in the event of an audit (example: legal or performance) where the documents for a particular time-frame need to be produced.
