Quality & Safety Learning Events & Opportunities
Quality Improvement learning and resources are being updated to align to the SHA’s transition to our best practice SHA Management System. Please take a look at the program catalogue below for individual self-paced modules.
Quality Improvement Basics has been released online and provides everyone with a basic understanding and awareness of a continuous improvement mindset and methods.
Further comprehensive Quality Improvement learning options (equivalent to LILT) to enhance our visual management and problem-solving culture for leaders are currently being developed. Please continue to review communications in SHA Rounds and Leader Resources for updates on the QI Deployment Plan and related learning options. Learning courses (interactive application) and electives (informative presentations) are also added to the QI Calendar. Quality and Safety continues to update quality improvement templates and resources which can be found on the SHA Intranet and within the My Connection – My Learning – Management System-Quality Improvement modules.
All of our courses will have a Learning Level noted in the Program Catalogue, using the following system
