The BFI - Implementation Checklist below is for operational leaders or clinical designate to complete. The purpose of this document is to help clinical teams prepare for the implementation of the Baby-Friendly Infant Feeding bundle.
Completion of this checklist should take 5 to 10 minutes. Please refer the checklist for more detailed submission information.
