SHA Onboarding
Onboarding is the intentional and strategic way people are brought into the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). It focuses on acclimating to our culture, and how we guide and develop new employees to become high performers in their role over the first 6+ months of their employment with the SHA.
It requires supervisor and senior leadership involvement to create a welcoming and supportive environment where the employee feels value and a sense of belonging, right from the time of hire. This work is foundational to maximizing employee engagement, retention and performance.
