Staff Safety - Incident Reporting
A staff safety incident is any event that could affect the health and safety of a worker, physician, resident/student, volunteer or contractor. These events may or may not cause property damage, injury, illness or time loss to those involved. All safety incidents need to be reported as soon as it is safe to do so.
At this time, staff safety incident reporting follows former region practices. Most former regions use a “form” and you can find the applicable form below listed by the former Health Authority.
Individuals working in the former Cypress Health Region can report a staff safety incident online, while team members in the former Saskatoon Health Region can call 306-655-1600.
