Visual Identity Standards
Everyone who works for, supports, partners and interacts with Saskatchewan Health Authority is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our visual identity and adhering to these standards.
It is expected that professional designers, including Saskatchewan Health Authority desktop publishers, collaborate with Communications in creating designed materials utilizing the Saskatchewan Health Authority visual identity and adhere to the visual identity standards.
Employees and physicians are to continue to follow local processes and procedures during the next number of months during this visual identity transition, contacting Communications to update and create materials.
Reminder: In January 2018, the logo application addendum was published. These changes are in the new Visual Identity Standards, but for a quick overview please refer to the SHA Logo Application Addendum.
"The dash" versus "the dot" in phone numbers
Please ensure consistent application when writing phone numbers. The decision has been made to use dashes for phone numbers. It seems like a little thing, but it all works together to establish visual identity. As we work through transition and establish standards, please assist in correcting and applying this new standard.
Templates
Administrative templates such as briefing notes, brochures, booklets, business cards, forms, letters, minutes, newsletters, and more are available.
Design templates such as posters, a report and invitations are also available.
Desktop publishers should not be independently developing templates or designs. Please consult with Communications for non-clinical template support. .
