Opioid Stewardship Program - Practitioner Resources

Announcement: Opioid and Pain Consultation Service Suspending

The Opioid and Pain Consultation Service (OPCS), offered by the Opioid Stewardship Program (OSP), will be suspended as of November 30, 2023. As such, the Acute Opioid/Pain Consult Form (RQHR 1681) will be removed from Sunrise Clinical Manager and the OSP website and consult calls/faxes will no longer be accepted. The OSP will refocus efforts and continue to use a Learning Health Systems and Stewardship approach to minimizing opioid-related harms within the acute care system.
