Primary Health Care
Primary Health Care (PHC) are services that clients receive for basic, everyday health needs. For many, PHC is a client’s first point of contact with the health-care system and is the most frequently used health service.
PHC is the everyday care that clients need to protect, maintain, or restore their health. PHC aims to improve health for everyone by addressing health determinants and connecting clinical and non-clinical and community supports.

- Health Promotion
- Home Care Services – including palliative care
- Intermediate Care Services
- Mental Health PHC Counsellors
