Drug Formulary
Accreditation Canada Medication Management Standards require organizations to have an interdisciplinary committee responsible for managing medications. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Drugs and Therapeutics Committee (DTC) is made up of 30 voting members representing many medical departments, disciplines and portfolios from across the province. DTC develops, implements, maintains and communicates the SHA Drug Formulary. Changes to the SHA Drug Formulary are communicated through the DTC Line Newsletter.
As the Drug Formulary is updated often, it is important to always refer back to this webpage for the most current version. The published date below the document indicates when it was last updated.
