Building Effective Teams Program
Course Description
Building Effective Teams is a LEADS based professional development course designed for SHA leaders (both formal and informal) who are currently responsible for leading a team. This course is delivered through self-study with online modules, interactive virtual facilitated workshops, and connection with other learners.
Building Effective Teams provides resources and guided discussions that, when practiced and role modelled by leaders, can be transformational for teams.
The course is organized into cohorts and participants will learn alongside the same group of leaders throughout. A cohort approach provides opportunities for relationship building, networking and contributes to an environment where participants regularly learn from the insights and lived experiences of others in the course.
Participant information
Building Effective Teams is open to anyone in the SHA who leads a team and is responsible for the growth, guidance, and well-being of that team.
