What if I have misplaced my link to access my SCORE Survey report?
Leaders should have received an email from “SCORE Reports” on July 11 to access reports and action plans. If you have
misplaced your link, please submit an inquiry through MyConnection – MyServices – Human Resources - Leadership Support. Select ‘SCORE Survey’ under select your inquiry.
How do I complete an action plan?
Instructions on how to access the recorded webinar to complete an action plan can be found in the July 19 edition of Leader Resources.
When does my action plan need to be submitted?
All leaders are required to log an action plan for the SCORE Survey by Thursday, November 30.
How do I choose which actions to undertake?
Action plans should support opportunities identified in your results:
- Improving local leadership presence and feedback
- Strengthening teamwork
- Creating psychological safe environments in which patients, families and staff feel they belong, contributions heard and respected, and speak up about concerns with patient care
- Other improvement opportunities arising in areas/departments.
How many actions should I include in my plan?
Your culture and engagement survey results might at first feel overwhelming; there can be a lot to absorb. Be realistic as you devise your action plan, aligning it to priorities and goals currently taking place in your department/area. It is recommended to have 1-3 goals and a maximum of 5.
Who will review my action plan?
We encourage you to share your action plans with your colleagues and leaders. Action plan completion will be reported to SLT, ELT and the SHA Board (‘percentage of leaders with action plans developed’ by portfolio). This is an important initiative aligned with the SHA Roadmap goal to ‘Invest in our most valuable resource – Our People ’.
