Provincial Kidney Health Programs
The Saskatchewan Health Authority Kidney Health Program works together with various health care specialties in the prevention, detection, management and treatment of chronic kidney disease. The kidney health team works with the patient and the family to ensure access to services, as well as provide education and support.
As partners of the Saskatchewan Chronic Kidney Disease Steering Committee, Dialysis Working Group, and Saskatchewan Transplant Program, we help set priorities and standards for kidney care in Saskatchewan that support our health authority values: better health, better care, better value, and better teams.
