General Clinical Documents Approval Process
The average processing time for submitted documents is 30 days, but can vary depending on the priority work being processed. If your submission is urgent, or is intended to align with the publishing of other documents or processes, please notify Clinical Standards when submitting and provide details of the proposed deadline.
Currently, general clinical documents are reviewed and approved by the Clinical Standards Document Management Team.
Complex general clinical documents or those that require further explanation/discussion are reviewed via email/SharePoint/Webex by:
- Core educators from the Regina and Saskatoon Clinical Standards team
- Ad Hoc:
- Privacy team
- Risk Management
- Legal team
- Pharmacy
- etc.
