Clinical documentation and communication standards - Go live - March 29, 2023

The SHA Clinical Documentation and Communication Standards are effective March 29, 2023.  

  • These standards supersede all former health region documents related to these topics.  It is the expectation that former health regions remove local resources not currently on Document Finder as soon as possible.
  • Refer the Key Messages section for multidisciplinary one-pager information sheets for key CDCS documents to review and specific orientation information.
  • Refer to the Orientation/Training Resources section for instructions and links to MyConnection Orientation Modules. 
  • Please submit constructive feedback for improvements or additions to clinicalstandards@saskhealthauthority.ca.
