SHA Occupational/Employee Health Nursing (O/EHN) teams are available Monday-Friday during regular hours of operation.
If Managers become aware of a possible COVID-19 exposure on the unit, please have HCW report the exposure as per the local safety incident reporting process.
Refer to the COVID-19 Exposure Assessment Algorithm (image below or printable PDF) for further information. The O/EHN will contact the staff member as soon as possible to review the exposure and provide further guidance.
