- Required yearly for anyone transporting blood in a facility.

Administration of Blood Components and Blood Products Module 1 (CS-LM-0058)
- Required upon hire and recommend with new Clinical Standard roll out.

Administration of Blood Components and Blood Products Module 2 (CS-LM-0059)
- Required with new Clinical Standard roll out any beyond entry level competency (BELC) skills.

Transfusion Lanyard Cards - Informed Consent and Major Risks for Transfusion
Transfusion Lanyard Cards (see below) for informed consent to transfusion and major risks for transfusion are available for mail out by the Transfusion Safety Department. Contact SouthSaskTransfusions@rqhealth.ca to request them.
