        Accommodations and Attendance Management is a department within Human Resources, under the Organizational Development Employee Wellness portfolio. AAM reports to a Provincial Director and Executive Director and is divided into four areas.

          AAM promotes a safe and fair workplace by fulfilling the SHA’s duty to accommodate, through a triparty process involving the employer, employee, and their union.
