Clinical Document Development
Clinical Standards encourages everyone to consider provincial development of clinical documents and resources. With all of us working together, as leaders and content experts, we can make a significant change for all of the patients and families we care for in the province. Working collectively as the SHA assists to reduce the duplication of work each manager/CNE/lead completing this work has previously done in a former region (reduces duplicate silo work). It is appreciated how provincial document development may seem different than how things were done locally, but provincial work follows the same steps as what is required locally, just with a broader reach and impact.
What do you want to develop? What is its purpose within the SHA?
