Planning Phase
Completion of the Planning Phase process is a shared responsibility between employee and supervisor and consists of two key steps each calendar year.
Best practice is for OOS employees and supervisors to complete the Planning Phase by the end of the first quarter (June 30) to ensure there is as much of the year ahead as possible to achieve goals. Visit these pages for full details:
