Rating Results, Eligibility, Salary Increases
With prioritization on AIMS go-live in the spring, APP in-range progression increases will be applied later than normal.
At this point in time, we are unsure when the in-range increases will be implemented. The increase will be retroactive to July 1, 2024, once they are applied and processed.

What happens after the Consistency Review is complete?
-
Supervisors receive an email for each OOS direct report with the final approved rating and the % increase attached to that final rating.
-
Supervisors will have one week to meet with participating OOS employees and inform them of their final rating and the percent increase they will receive (if eligible).
-
Following that, employees will receive their own email from HR informing them of their final rating, the % increase attached to that rating, and their new annual rate of pay, for those with room for increase in their pay range.
Eligibility criteria
If you meet the criteria under “Who needs to Submit an APP”, you are required to complete an APP, even if you are at or over the maximum of your pay range.
For in-range progression eligibility, an OOS employee must:
-
Have their APP for the performance year submitted by their supervisor, with a performance rating and supporting rationale.
-
Be employed in an out-of-scope position on June 30.
-
Be below the maximum of their salary range.
-
In the Saskatchewan Health Care Out-of-Scope Compensation Plan, OOS employees align with the Non-Pay for Performance Bands. Each band has a minimum, mid-range and maximum range for pay.
-
If you are not sure if you’re at the top of your pay band, you can compare your current rate of pay to the range max in the Pay Schedule (see below).
Salary increase
- New rates of pay for those with in-range increase eligibility will take effect in July.
