Templates
Consistency is key to a strong visual identity right down to the smallest detail. Use the templates and follow the guidelines as a starting point for your project, and add your unit’s customization within these parameters. If you require assistance or direction, please contact Communications.
Deviation from SHA approved templates
Community Engagement and Communications (CEC) has the responsibility of creating, unifying and maintaining the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) brand.
As such, any material created outside of SHA branded templates (available on the employee intranet) must be submitted to CEC for approval.
Individual SHA teams or departments are not authorized to create their own templates or designs elements, such as logos. Templates or elements that stray (deviate) from approved SHA branding must be reviewed and approved by CEC to ensure all SHA materials has cohesive messaging and is aligned with SHA branding.
Note: Material intended for local use (i.e. not provincial in nature) should clearly identify the area/location and department/unit for which it applies.
Clinical templates are housed and managed by Clinical Standards. Visit the Clinical Document Development page for more information.
