Health Network Profiles can help teams across the system to understand the health needs of individuals and communities. It is a tool that can support the further development of health networks, understand the population and understand patterns of utilization.

Health leaders are encouraged to access this data regularly to plan resourcing, develop teams, engage stakeholders, understand population needs, and improve outcomes.
