Are your materials truly provincial?
Before you begin a re-branding process for your design-based materials, please consider what is required as we have moved to one provincial system. Here are some re-branding guidelines to consider. This information should be carefully considered before investing in the time and effort required to transition your materials.

Visual identity standards
Clinical templates are housed and managed by Clinical Standards. Visit the Clinical Document Development page for more information.
It is expected that all new materials will be created using the defined templates and in accordance with visual identity standards. Existing materials can be transitioned to the new templates and/or visual identity standards in accordance with the timelines outlined in Brand Moratorium/Transition Timelines.
Other design applications
All other applications including, but not limited to, banners, billboards, signage and plaques, promotional materials and clothing, advertising, vehicle markings, web banners, social media graphics, employee newsletters and forms must follow the SHA visual identity standards for logo usage including sub-brand (logo or otherwise) guidelines. All materials created should align with SHA Visual Identity Standards.
When ordering materials, consideration should be given to your local Printing Services department and, if not applicable, an appropriate printing source as approved by Communications.
