Maintenance Programs and Standards
Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC) Support – the liaison between HIROC and managers to schedule visits and compile reports of recommendations and completed tasks.
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – input and maintains data within the Phoenix AIMS3 software for Environmental Services, Clinical Engineering and Building Services. This includes standardizing the database of assets, scheduling preventative maintenance, generating reports and providing user support.

Complete the Work Request Form to submit a work request in the CMMS.
