Logo application guidelines
January 23, 2018, revisions were approved for the way the SHA logo is applied. Please refer to the Logo Application Addendum and the Visual Identity Guide for further details. For information on logo use, please refer to the Logo Guidelines Brochure.
Overall, the guidelines are as follows:
- The full-colour gradient logo remains the primary logo for our organization and is to be used in all digital applications, and where full-coloured professional printing (ie. brochures or materials with photography) is the preferred choice.
- The green-coloured logo is now to be used for the majority of coloured print materials based on operational feedback and in support of a more cost-effective application. This includes envelopes, letters and business cards.
- A new black logo is replacing the greyscale logo for similar reasons and should be used whenever black and white printing is the preferred option.
Administrative templates have been revised reflecting these new guidelines.
If you have ordered coloured print materials using the full-colour, gradient version, deplete those supplies and update these materials when re-ordering is required, and as time and resources permit.
Former Regional Health Authority (RHA) logos and visual identity standards (including fonts) are no longer in effect. All new internal and external materials must be created following the Saskatchewan Health Authority standards. Transition of current materials is to occur in accordance with the brand transition guidelines.
All logo files will be housed by Saskatchewan Health Authority’s Communications department and are available upon request. Should you require access to a particular logo file, please contact Communications.
Logo replication prohibited
Copying/pasting the Saskatchewan Health Authority logo from print and digital products, including web-based applications (screenshots), for replication is strictly prohibited. This process degrades the quality of the logo and is visibly noticeable.
It is expected that departments, units, services or facilities, along with any partner organizations that receive the logo will not share logo files with other areas.
