We invite you to share your thoughts on safety practices, communication, leadership support, and overall safety culture in your work environment. Your honest feedback is essential in helping us identify what’s working well and where improvements are needed. The insights you provide will guide future staff safety initiatives, policies, and supports across the SHA.
You can participate through the link to the Staff Safety Survey . It only takes just 5–10 minutes to complete and is open until June 20, 2025.
To support promotion of this survey within your departments, please use this poster available on the Staff Safety Resources page.
Staff Safety maintains the OHS Program, which is a comprehensive framework of procedures, tools, policies, resources, and specific safety protocols designed to create and maintain a safe workplace within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. These are accessible to all team members, and developed in consultation with Occupational Health Committees and key stakeholders. Each area within the SHA is responsible for applying and implementing the relevant information and programs within their respective working environment.
