What is a General Clinical Document?
- Any clinical document used in a clinical setting that does not fit into the following categories -- Clinical Form, PIER, Clinical Standard, Clinical Procedure, Order Set, or Medical Directive.
- Examples include: work standards, guidelines, algorithm, learning module, poster, etc.
