AIMS reminders

Please review your information in MyConnection and make any updates as needed:

  • Personal banking information
  • Entitlement banks – including vacation, sick time, and more
  • Compensation details – detailing your salary
  • Personal Info – like contact information
  • Emergency contact information
  • Banking information – where your pay will be deposited

Entitlement banks for in-scope staff coming soon

With the switch to AIMS there are changes to the way accrual banks are displayed and when the information is available:

  • Accrual banks will be displayed in MyConnection weekly on Wednesdays.
  • Sick and vacation accruals occur monthly, and are displayed monthly, after the final day of the month is processed. For example, the June sick and vacation accruals occur were processed on Monday July 8 and viewable on Wednesday July 10.
  • In scope earned time (Banked 1X) and time in lieu will be available for display in the near future.
