Enhancing accessibility to AIMS: Log in on your mobile device
Employees will be able to use their personal mobile devices to use the time validation and scheduling system. Employees working on-site in health facilities will also have access to corporate devices and/or shared workspaces. Watch for more details about this coming soon.
Important reminders
- Sign up for upcoming info sessions with system demonstrations:
- SHA and affiliate out-of-scope Staff: Sign up for a session of your choice.
- Block two hours in your schedule to complete the mandatory eLearning training between March 24 to April 4.
T4’s for 2024 are now available via MyConnection and CRA
Health system employees gained access to their T4 slips on February 28 on MyConnection. There are several ways to access your T4:
- MyConnection
- In the upper-right side of the MyConnection homepage, select the MyWork drop-down menu
- Select MyWork
- Click on the “Pay” app tile, then select the “Year-End Documents” tile
- View the visual step-by-step guide
- Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website
- Login to “my account” on the CRA website.
- Request for paper copy
- If you wish to request a printed copy of your T4, please fill out this PDF form and submit it via MyConnection.
Former employees of health system partner organizations will receive their T4 slip from their employer via mail or the CRA website.
Getting ready for time validation and scheduling
Time validation and scheduling is being rolled out in a phased approach. Release one is scheduled for the week of May 18 and includes approximately 3,541 out-of-scope employees at SHA, 3sHealth, SAHO, SHRA, SHEPP and the following affiliate organizations:

- St. Anthony’s Hospital Esterhazy,
- St. Paul Lutheran Home Melville,
- St. Peter Hospital Melville,
- Bethany Pioneer Village,
- Central Haven Special Care Home,
- Goodwill Manor,
- Humboldt District Hospital Foundation,
- Lakeview Pioneer Lodge,
- Langham Special Care Home,
- Luther Special Care Home,
- Oliver Lodge,
- Porteous Lodge,
- Qu’Appelle House,
- Royal University Hospital Foundation,
- Saskatoon City Hospital,
- Saskatoon Convalescent Home,
- Sherbrooke Community Centre,
- St. Ann’s Sr Citizen’s Village,
- St. Joseph's Home (Saskatoon),
- St. Paul’s Hospital,
- Stensrud Lodge,
- Circle Drive Special Care Home,
- Mennonite Nursing Home, and
- Spruce Manor Special Care Home.
Following this first release, out-of-scope employees in the above organizations will be able to submit time and leave requests, view and edit their schedules, and set-up notification preferences for changes.
Managers in these organizations will be able to approve requests, including automated approval for certain leaves, edit requests on behalf of staff, view historical edits and access a dashboard and staff schedule.
Subsequent releases will introduce enhanced and more complex system features.

Upcoming virtual info sessions for SHA and affiliate out-of-scope staff
To further support release one for all SHA and affiliate out-of-scope staff in May, we’re offering dedicated virtual info sessions on the new time validation and scheduling system. These sessions will explain how the system change will impact you and your daily workflow, while giving you an opportunity to have your questions answered by subject matter experts. You only need to attend one of the sessions, as the information discussed will be the same.

New AIMS info page on MyConnection
A new AIMS information page was added to the MyConnection homepage on March 12. Here you can find training materials, a calendar of upcoming events, news and updates.
