AIMS this week - October 10, 2024
Wave 1 stabilization progress update
- Each week, progress is being made to resolve issues in the areas of payroll and expense claims, hiring, accounts payable, and supply chain.
- The number of payroll advances issued remains at, or below, levels experienced prior to AIMS. We continue to work with individuals to identify root causes of repeat or ongoing issues.
- Support and drop-in sessions are well-attended, with over 930 employees recently participating in the invoice coding and approval sessions.
- We are also working with physicians and vendors who have missing banking information to confirm and validate this information to ensure payments can proceed.
