Ross Fisher
Ross Fisher has twenty-five years of experience as a professional fundraiser and senior executive in the non-profit sector.
Ross has worked with membership based organizations, community organizations as well as local and regional charities. Ross has directed a number of feasibility studies and capital campaigns, in Saskatchewan and Ontario.
Currently Ross is Executive Director of The Health Foundation of East Central Saskatchewan (THF) where he oversees fundraising activities supporting the Yorkton Regional Hospital as well as providing support to the other healthcare facilities in east central Saskatchewan.
Prior to Becoming the Executive Director of The Health Foundation Mr. Fisher was the Regional Manager of One to One Consulting Services. While with One-to-One Mr. Fisher managed two capital campaigns, one for $10 million and one for $20 million. Prior to that Mr. Fisher served as the Manager of Fundraising for the Toronto Association for Community Living.
Ross was the inaugural Chair of the Network of Saskatchewan Hospital & Healthcare Foundations; after a two year break he resumed the Chair position in 2022. Ross is active in his local community, having served two terms on City Council in Yorkton. He is also active in a number of community organizations. In 2022 Ross was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee medal, in recognition of dedicated service in the community.
Mr. Fisher attended the University of Manitoba and completed his BA in Political Studies.
